LATE NARENGBAM IBOTOMBI SINGH
Narengbam Ibotombi Singh, an M.A. in Political Science from Guwhati University was born on 8th October 1934 in Wangjing Sorokhaibam Leikai, Wangjing, Thoubal District, Manipur. He is also a Nipun (Master) in musicology from Bhatkhande Music Institute, Lucknow. He served and retired as Principal of Y.K. College, Wangjing in his best capacities. He is a reformist of the rural mass. He founded the IRE-Group of Institution in (1984) and also the Integrated Rural Development Service Organisation-IRDSO, a non-governmental Organisation (1987). He was a recipient of Bharat Excellency Award. He was also a chartered member of Lions Club of Thoubal.

Every detail in you, the so called “Inert Potential” has to be empowered through different mediums of guidance & counselling rather than only teaching. Every person is born with special talent of their own and also possesses a unique character, hidden depth inside, by which, continuous and comprehensive practical involvement can overcome to some extent. Let us try ti excel. let us also think that every failure is the pillar to success. Things that is done regularly always excel things that is done once. Every person needs freedom in education under a careful bird’s view of a guide. Now, we are setting up a different track with practicable plans of study completely different from normal learning under a strict participatory approach.
